This year, we are asking for your help with a critical investment in Pewabic’s National Historic Landmark studio building.

Our public restrooms have long needed an upgrade, and thanks to a burst pipe and extensive water damage earlier this year, we have an opportunity to do just that! With an eye toward beauty and accessibility, we’re reconfiguring two older cramped dark restrooms into three bright, inviting new spaces.

In addition to a more accessible layout, new fixtures and lighting, our design team has come up with plans to give each restroom its own unique personality – with Pewabic tile! As we work to transform Pewabic’s campus into a living embodiment of our mission, these beautifully tiled spaces will enhance the experience for our visitors.

Your gift today will have double the impact. The Michigan Arts and Culture Council has awarded a $50,000 grant for this exciting project, but we need to match those funds with private donations.
