Wednesday Afternoon 10-Year Legacy Lab
Wednesdays from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Session II: July 9 - August 27 (8-week lab)

In this 8-week standing studio reservation, students will have the opportunity to access the studio for independent work. A studio staff member will be available at times for basic questions, but not for demos. 

Prerequisites for Registration:
To ensure a successful experience, all registrants must meet the following criteria. Individuals who do not meet these requirements will not be accepted into the program. 

  • Must have taken classes at Pewabic consistently for at least 10 years

  • Ability to create successful ceramics projects independently, with a solid glaze practice and no recent history of kiln-related incidents

  • Deep familiarity with Pewabic’s current studio setup and operations

What’s Included?

  • 3 hours of independent studio time (during scheduled lab hours)

  • Access to glazes, slips, underglazes, and firings

  • A personal studio shelf for your work

  • 3 open studio sessions (schedule posted)

  • The first 25 pounds of clay provided

Important Information:

  • The class is non-transferable, and no refunds will be issued after the first week of classes.

  • Pewabic Education Studio is not responsible for rescheduling classes due to facility closures caused by inclement weather, power outages, CDC health shutdowns, schedule misunderstandings, or personal scheduling conflicts.

  • Make-up classes are not guaranteed, and classes will not be prorated for missed sessions.
