Kaiser Suidan's passion for clay started at a young age. He was fascinated with expressing his creativity through handcraft. Earning a full-ride scholarship to College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan, Suidan went on to graduate with honors in 1993.
Suidan has come to be known for his pop-art inspired clay work and iconic series of colorful jack forms. This is the first time we are offering Suidan's work online, and we are honored to share the work of one of our favorite local artists with a larger audience.
