Walk the paths where art and history meet beneath your feet.

A Pewabic expert will guide you through the iconic tile installations at The Cathedral Church of St. Paul. These designs were the first to incorporate Pewabic's notable iridescent-glazed tiles.

Proceeds from these tours directly support Pewabic's mission and the maintenance of the Cathedral's over-century-old building.

The upstairs museum is temporarily closed for renovations.

NCECA’s 60th conference, Volumes, takes place March 25 - 28, 2026

The Education Studio will be closed and inaccessible to all Pewabic students from March 22 - 29, 2026.

The National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts' (NCECA) 60th annual conference will be held in Detroit from March 25 - 28 for the very first time.

Pewabic will be fully activated with a range of pre-conference events and events during the conference at the Pottery.

$50 Per Slot - includes admission for one legal guardian (18+) and one child (7-15 years of age).

Learn alongside your child in this 1-hour workshop where both participants will create their own tile using terracotta slabs, extra clay, and colored slips!

Children must be accompanied by an adult, and vice versa. Once fired, your tiles will be ready for pick-up at a later date.

During these 1-hour workshops, participants choose one of 4 tile designs, including our seasonal tile design, and learn how to glaze in the same way as our fabrication team. Once fired, tiles will be ready for pick up at a later date. Workshops are reserved for individuals 16 years of age and older. 

We are absolutely thrilled to offer the opportunity for pre-scheduled, docent-led tours through our captivating historic museum and modern fabrication facility.
