E-commerce terms & conditions
When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number with expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.

- Shipping is available anywhere within the United States.
- We cannot ship to PO boxes.
- Our shipping team uses the utmost care and responsibility when packaging your order. However, we understand that breakages during transit can occur. If your package arrives damaged, please call 1-866-PEWABIC within 5 business days of delivery. Do not throw away any packaging or invoices.
We understand that sometimes, an item is just not quite right. Returns can be made within 30 days when accompanied with a copy of your original invoice. Without a copy of the original invoice, items can be returned for exchange or store credit only within 30 days.
TO MAKE A RETURN: Mail your package back to Pewabic Pottery, 10125 E Jefferson Ave., Detroit, MI 48214. Please mark the package “ATTENTION: Online Store Return” and include a copy of the original invoice. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are happy to send a UPS Return Shipment label which can be used at any UPS dropbox or for pick-up from your home or business for a $4 fee plus the cost of UPS shipping. TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM: Pewabic will gladly exchange any item for another color or different item within 30 days of your original purchase without charging additional shipping fees to you.* Please email email@example.com or call (313)626-2018 with any questions. Please mark the package “ATTENTION: Online Store Exchange” and include a copy of the original invoice, if available. We will contact you via email or phone with a date you can expect your new item to ship.
*There are no fees or charges for the first exchange. If a second exchange is desired, you will be responsible for shipping charges and the standard return policy listed above applies.
